Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Complex Safety Manager to provide strategic leadership for health and safety programs across processing and live operations. You will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement to reduce risk and injuries.

You will serve as the site’s primary safety representative and partner with leaders to implement best practices. Key responsibilities include leading safety programs, conducting audits, analyzing metrics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety, EH&S, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years safety experience in manufacturing or industrial ops.
• 3+ years progressive safety leadership experience with OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and initiatives for the complex.
• Ensure OSHA regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments with corrective actions.
• Analyze safety metrics and incident trends for improvements.
• Investigate incidents and develop preventive action plans.
• Maintain OSHA records, permits, and compliance docs.
• Lead training programs (LOTO, HazCom, PPE, Ergonomics, ER).
• Support regulatory inspections and partner with operations for culture.
• Travel up to 40% and lead 1st shift safety activities.
