Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Complex Safety Manager to provide strategic leadership for health and safety across processing and live operations.

You will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement to reduce risk and injuries. As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will champion best practices and partner with leaders to support Tyson Foods' safety goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• 3+ years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Experience with OSHA compliance and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and initiatives for the complex.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Analyze safety metrics and incident trends for improvements.
• Investigate incidents and develop preventive actions.
• Maintain OSHA records and safety documentation.
• Lead safety training programs (LOTO, Hazard Communication, PPE).
• Support regulatory inspections and safety-related inquiries.
• Partner with operations to strengthen safety culture.
