Signia by Hilton Orlando and the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Orlando, 2 Official Walt Disney World Hotels, are searching for a Complex Reservations Coordinator to join their dynamic Reservations team! Between the 2 properties combined, there are over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges, and over 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space.

Ideal Candidate: Previous hospitality experience in reservations, front desk, or group housing is preferred. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. Microsoft Office, OnQ, and R&I experience is highly preferred. Pay Rate: $20.23 per hour plus upsell incentive program

What will I be doing?

• 90% of this role will be focused on groups; the other 10% will be on leisure wholesale third parties.
• Creating and managing group room blocks, building new SRPs in ONQ and R&I.
• Monitor group blocks, ensure cutoff dates are met, monitor groups' performance, and process rooming lists using Passkey.
• Answer all transient and group reservations calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner. Promptly provide accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information.
• Work closely with all necessary hotel departments.
• Confirm guest reservations for individuals via telephone and email. Handle all 3rd party reservations requests.
