Banquet Stewarding Supervisor - Signia by Hilton Orlando and Waldorf Astoria Orlando (Finance)

Signia by Hilton Orlando, and the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Orlando, two official Walt Disney World Hotels, are seeking a Complex Banquets Stewarding Supervisor to join their dynamic team! The combined properties feature over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges, and more than 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space.

The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience and 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in stewarding. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your hospitality career within a large complex operation.

Shift Pattern: Full flexibility with schedules, including AM and PM shifts, starting as early as 5 AM and ending as late as 2 AM, with weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour, plus gratuity.

What will I be doing?

As a Steward Supervisor, you will supervise utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary personnel to ensure the efficient transport and cleaning of utensils and service ware, supporting the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting staff in transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and surroundings
• Managing inventory for food and beverage departments
• Ensuring timely delivery of food and equipment for functions
• Scheduling, assigning, training, and evaluating team members
