Signia by Hilton Orlando, and the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Orlando, 2 Official Walt Disney World Hotels are searching for a Complex Reservations Coordinator to join their dynamic Reservations team! Between the 2 properties combined, there are over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges and over 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space.

Ideal candidate would be someone who has previous hospitality experience in reservations, front desk or group housing, is detail oriented and has excellent communication and multitasking skills. Microsoft Office, OnQ and R&I experience is highly preferred. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to elevate their hospitality career at a large complex operation.

Pay Rate: $20.23 per hour, plus upsell incentive program

What will I be doing?

  • 90% of this role will be focused on groups, the other 10% will be on leisure wholesale third parties
  • Creating and Managing group room block, building new SRPs in ONQ and R&I
  • Monitor group blocks, ensure cut off dates are met, monitor groups performance, process rooming list using passkey
  • Answer all transient and group reservations calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner. Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information
  • Work closely with hotel all necessary departments
  • Confirm guest reservations for individuals via telephone and email. Handle all 3rd party reservations request
