Signia by Hilton Orlando and the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Orlando, two official Walt Disney World Hotels, are seeking a Complex Banquets Stewarding Supervisor to join their dynamic team. With over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges, and more than 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space across the two properties, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in stewarding, to elevate their career in a large complex operation.

Shift Pattern:

Full flexibility with schedules, including AM and PM shifts, as early as 5AM and as late as 2AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate:

$15.50 per hour, plus gratuity

What will I be doing?

As a Steward Supervisor, you will supervise utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary personnel to ensure the transportation and cleaning of utensils and service ware, supporting exceptional guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising, supporting, and monitoring staff in transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware
• Supervising cleaning of work areas and surroundings
• Maintaining inventory for food and beverage departments
• Ensuring timely delivery of food and equipment for functions
• Scheduling, assigning work, training team members
• Monitoring and evaluating team member performance
