Numotion is the leading provider of mobility products and services, delivering complex rehab equipment and solutions to improve independence. As a Service Technician in Lombard, IL, you will service and repair manual and power wheelchairs and other medical equipment, using manufacturer specs and current tools to ensure safety and reliability for customers.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, ongoing education, and adherence to Numotion’s values and policies.

Competenze

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in technical/mechanical capacity.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Preferred: 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Healthcare experience or exposure preferred.

Mansioni

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots basic product issues on complex rehab equipment.
• Performs restorative adjustments and programming of customer equipment.
• Works with manufacturers to diagnose issues and obtain quotes for replacement parts.
• Provides solutions and focuses on customer service.
• Maintains relationships with other business units.
• Educates customers and caregivers on equipment use and upkeep.
• Uses digital tools to maximize routing and diagnostic efficiency.
• Completes daily repair events (evaluations and deliveries).
• Completes paperwork thoroughly and timely.
• Maintains a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education per year.
• Adheres to Numotion leadership principles and confidentiality.
