Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Operations Manager for the Complex Litigation practice. You will act as the mini-COO of cases, partnering with leadership to drive efficient case workups from signup to settlement.

The role requires operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and lead across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be highly organized, ambitious, and a fast learner, capable of developing tools, reporting, and processes that improve

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting, business operations, or operations management.
• Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize information, simplify complexity, and deliver actionable plans.
• Advanced analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment across multiple high-priority projects.
• Prior knowledge of the legal world, especially personal injury law firms.
• Prior experience with Salesforce.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all case operations, including developing and driving adoption of tools and processes.
• Collaborate with Legal Leadership to manage timeline, pace, and scope against deadlines.
• Own inventory reporting and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Marketing, Biz Ops and vendors to resolve obstacles.
• Develop communications programs delivering a world-class client experience.
• Monitor inbound/outbound client communications to drive engagement.
• Oversee staffing needs and onboarding of new case team members.
