Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex professional liability claims with expert technical coordination.
• Verify coverage, establish reserves, and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Lead investigations to determine liability, damages and compensability.
• Collaborate with partners to execute claim resolution strategies and manage litigation.
• Prepare loss summaries and inform senior leadership of risks.
