Mandarich Law Group is seeking a Compliance Analyst for in-office work across our CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL offices, including Kennesaw, GA. The role supports consumer debt compliance, disputes, verification, fraud and hardship claims, and ensures proper tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in collections, compliance, QA or dispute management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer disputes, verify debt requests, fraud and hardship claims including initial review and tracking to resolution.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
