Job summary

Mandarich Law Group seeks full-time Collection Agents for our Williamsville, NY and Lake Mary, FL offices. In-Office positions with immediate start and bonus opportunities. Shift in NY is 9:30am–6pm; FL shift is 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities include handling up to 100 inbound calls, negotiating delinquent accounts, calculating settlements, and maintaining an open queue to meet monthly collection goals. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time management to handle call volume and queue
• Previous customer service work preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team
• Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal

Available shift in NY is 9:30am - 6pm, Monday thru Friday, In-Office.

What You'll Do

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team
• Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal

Requirements
