Mandarich Law Group, LLP is seeking a Digital Collections Representative for our downtown Chicago office. This full-time, in-office role follows a 8AM–5PM schedule Monday through Friday, focusing on reviewing accounts and resolving collections with clients and attorneys.

Candidates should have law firm experience and strong verbal/written communication, with MS Word proficiency. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, a monthly bonus, and comprehensive benefits in a vibrant West Loop

Digital Collections Representative - Downtown Chicago

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We currently have multiple openings for our newly created department in our downtown Chicago office.

This a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM. In-Office

What You'll Do:

• Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts
• Communicate with clients to resolve collections accounts
• Respond to client/customer or attorney inquiries via email

Requirements

• Prior law firm experience
• Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus

This salary range for this position is between $20-$22/HR DOE AND BONUS ELIGIBLE.
