Job summary

Vail Resorts in Mount Crested Butte, CO is hiring for winter 2026/27 for cooks, drivers, instructors and more. Join our mountain team to work and play, with opportunities to grow and earn among the industry's top compensation rates. Housing is available and a range of employee perks await.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to ski/ride with equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ski to minimum of Level 7.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily set up and maintenance of race facilities.
• Event venue construction, maintenance, and event support.
• Other duties as assigned.
