Job summary

GEODIS in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Manager Compensation to lead the design, implementation, and administration of base, variable and executive compensation programs that align with business strategy and legal requirements.

You will manage a compensation team, develop pay plans for non-exempt, exempt, and executive staff, conduct market benchmarking, and partner with HRIS and Payroll to ensure accurate processing. Four-day in-office hybrid schedule with one remote day weekly is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CCP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems and compensation tooling.
• Familiarity with FLSA, Equal Pay Act, Lilly Ledbetter Act and related laws.
• Proficiency in Excel and related analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the compensation team to deliver accurate, timely work.
• Manage base pay, non-exempt, exempt and executive pay plans and guidelines.
• Benchmark positions, analyze market data, and ensure internal/external equity.
• Oversee job description audits and exemption status determinations.
• Coordinate hourly pay increases, annual increases for exempt staff, and budget tracking.
• Develop and administer variable compensation plans and executive long-term incentives.
• Partner with HRIS & Payroll to ensure accurate and timely changes.
