Job summary

GEODIS in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Manager Compensation to lead the development, management, and administration of base, variable and long-term incentive plans aligned with our business strategy and legal requirements.

You will manage a compensation team, design base pay guidelines for non-exempt, exempt, and executive roles, benchmark positions, coordinate annual increases, and partner with HRIS & Payroll to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience with supervisory experience.
• Experience with an HRIS or payroll system.
• CCP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation team to ensure accurate, efficient service.
• Develop and administer base pay plans for non-exempt, exempt and executive roles.
• Benchmark positions and conduct market pricing and surveys.
• Manage annual pay increases, budgets, and communications.
• Oversee executive long-term incentive plan administration.
• Collaborate with HRIS & Payroll for timely changes and reporting.
