Qualifications
- 8+ years in compensation or related analytical roles, ideally in tech.
- Deep expertise in salary bands, equity design, and market benchmarking.
- Strong systems thinker, translating policy into workflows.
- Product mindset with focus on users and iterations.
- Ability to partner with Data and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Evolve compensation philosophy and maintain salary bands and equity structures.
- Define compensation data schemas and build tech stack.
- Design AI-enabled workflows for offers and promotions.
- Generate recommendations for compensation decisions.
