Pave is building the industry’s leading compensation platform from SF with global reach. You’ll join the AI compensation analyst team to design autonomous agents that reason over real-time data and execute multi-step workflows on our dataset.

You will shape the technical vision, partner with engineers and data scientists, and drive product delivery end-to-end—from concept to market—within a founder-minded, collaboration-first culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building production systems with LLMs and agentic architectures.
• Strong product intuition to identify AI opportunities and collaborate with Product.
• Proven track record leading 0→1 technical initiatives with high ambiguity.
• Pragmatic engineering judgment: know when to move fast and when to invest in quality.
• Ability to drive technical alignment across teams; define primitives and patterns.
• Founder mentality with bias toward action, ownership, and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision for the AI compensation analyst system.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build the product end-to-end.
• Lead the rollout and bring the product to market.
