Job summary

Abridge, a San Francisco-based AI healthcare company, is seeking a Compensation Manager to own our compensation strategy and build a scalable framework as we grow. This is a hybrid role requiring the SF office 3 days per week.

You will benchmark and refresh pay bands, advise on GTM and executive compensation, and partner with Finance and Recruiting to design salary structures and incentives. 6+ years' experience and strong Excel required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compensation experience in a high-growth tech or AI company.
• Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience building benchmarking approaches and peer groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market benchmarking and modeling to support compensation program design and decision-making.
• Set the cadence for refreshing compensation bands end-to-end and ensure ranges stay aligned with the market.
• Advise on sales and other GTM compensation design, including OTE structuring.
• Turn compensation data into a narrative for executives and hiring managers.
• Partner with Finance and Recruiting to design and govern salary structures and incentives.
• Build scalable frameworks, tools, and governance to support growth.
• Proactively track market movement and trends in AI compensation.
