Job summary

You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, motivating compensation programs and to address compensation decisions or issues.

Responsibilities include leading analysts, optimizing compensation processes, and collaborating on ad hoc compensation needs with operating partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, communicates, and drives compensation programs (base pay, incentive pay, equity) across multiple organizations.
• Manages and oversees Analysts or Sr. Analyst associates, ensuring effective execution of compensation work.
• Partners with HR and business partners to support ad hoc compensation needs.
