Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Compensation Analyst II to design, analyze, and communicate compensation programs from a Dallas-based office. You will conduct market pricing, maintain job evaluations, and prepare analytics to support annual planning and executive decisions.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in compensation or related fields, with strong Excel skills, data analysis, and familiarity with leading HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, economics, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market-pricing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing analyses using salary survey data and industry benchmarks.
• Evaluate jobs and determine appropriate compensation levels.
• Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations for base pay, incentive pay, and total rewards.
• Support administration of compensation structures, salary grades, pay ranges, and classifications.
• Monitor compensation to identify equity and market alignment concerns.
• Support annual merit and bonus planning cycles.
• Prepare compensation models, reports, and analytics for leaders.
• Assist with compensation planning materials and manager communications.
