Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a Compensation Manager to guide internal clients on compensation programs aligned with business strategy. You will partner with HR and leadership, analyze market data, and help design pay structures and incentives.

Responsibilities include developing job architecture, evaluating roles, and supporting annual market assessments to ensure competitiveness and equity across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation strategy, market data and pay practices.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, charts and graphs.
• Ability to interact with leaders and executives on compensation matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain job architecture, grading frameworks and career paths.
• Prepare job descriptions reflecting responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate jobs to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Provide guidance on hires, promotions, and pay changes per market data and pay philosophy.
• Support annual market assessments and pay parity across the enterprise.
• Assist in designing compensation pay structures and metrics.
