Job summary

Og&e in Oklahoma City is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst- Compensation to develop partnerships with Business and HR. You will provide SME support on pay equity, incentive pay, and job analysis, helping attract and retain talent within a business unit.

You will administer compensation systems to reward performance while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness. You will perform compensation reviews, participate in surveys, prepare summaries, and train managers on compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2 years HR/Compensation or analytics experience.
• Experience with pay equity, incentive pay, and job analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial compensation reviews and updates salary structures.
• Participates in salary surveys and ensures market data accuracy.
• Assists with compensation policy preparation.
• Prepares compensation summaries and reports.
• Partners with managers on job descriptions and market evaluations.
• Delivers compensation training to managers and supervisors.
• Supports annual merit and incentive administration.
