Job summary

Love's Travel Stops invites applications for its College Intern Program in Oklahoma City. The Compensation Intern role supports the Total Rewards team with compensation analyses, market research, survey participation, reporting, and admin projects.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Internship experience or relevant coursework preferred but not required.
Interest in Human Resources, Compensation, Analytics or Total Rewards preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with data collection, validation, and organization for compensation projects.
Support participation in compensation surveys and data submissions.
Conduct basic market research and compile external data for analysis.
Help with annual compensation processes, data organization, and documentation.
Assist with audits and data review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain compensation records, procedures, and project documentation.
Learn fundamentals like market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structures.
Collaborate on special projects related to job architecture and data analytics.
Attend team meetings and training to gain exposure to Total Rewards practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
