Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a business-oriented field with GPA >= 3.0.
• Internships or part-time roles involving quantitative and qualitative data analysis are valued.
• Interest in Careers and Compensation through coursework or research.

Responsibilities

• Design work and rewards programs with consultants and clients.
• Provide market pay benchmarking and strategic insights with Data & Analytics.
• Analyze and compare rewards practices using WTW data and tools.
• Model pay structures and assess financial impact of designs.
• Develop incentive plan designs aligned with business strategies.
• Draft reports presenting analytical findings to clients.
• Conduct industry and financial research and participate in client meetings.
• Support proposals and client-specific business development efforts.
• Learn about digital platforms and AI applications shaping the industry.
• Develop sales mindset by fostering internal and external relationships.
