Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in New York is seeking an Early Careers Compensation Analyst to assist in designing work and rewards programs, supporting benchmarking, and contributing to talent management strategy.

The role blends data analysis, client service, and collaboration with Data & Analytics; strong Excel skills and a bachelor’s or master’s degree are expected; graduates between May 2026 and June 2027 are welcome.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree with GPA 3.0+.
• Strong analytical and client service skills demonstrated in internships or similar.
• Interest in Compensation and Career frameworks as shown by coursework or experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and clients to design work and rewards programs.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to provide market pay benchmarking insights.
• Help ensure programs are competitive via analyses using WTW data and tools.
• Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of designs.
