Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field with two years of related work experience.
• Equivalent education, experience, and training may be considered.
• Knowledge of compensation management and performance evaluation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance on compensation, classification and performance policy interpretations.
• Maintains and enhances performance management tools and processes.
• Performs classifications, market and internal equity reviews.
• Collects data for surveys, job analysis and job evaluation.
• Writes accurate job descriptions describing content and qualifications.
• Analyzes staff positions for FLSA classification and salary grade.
• Supports design and implementation of related policies and programs.
• Assists in training and in planning, coordination, and reporting activities.
• Monitors and responds to compensation requests from constituents.
