Responsibilities

  • Assists Compensation and Payroll Manager with salary grade development and analysis.
  • Researches market compensation trends and participates in salary surveys.
  • Prepares reports, data analyses, and written materials.
  • Maintains and distributes accurate employee information and communications.
  • Maintains standard procedures to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Travels throughout the college district as needed.
