Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field with two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of compensation, classification and performance management practices.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate policies to staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on standard compensation, classification and performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance performance management tools and processes.
• Perform classifications, market and internal equity reviews.
• Collect data for compensation surveys and job evaluation.
• Write job descriptions to accurately describe job content and qualifications.
• Analyze staff positions for FLSA classification and salary grade.
• Support policy design and implementation for compensation and performance management.
• Assist in training and reporting of related programs.
• Respond to compensation requests in a timely manner.
