Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including modeling, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Experience with HRIS or compensation software; proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in salary surveys, analyze market trends, and benchmark jobs internally and externally to determine competitive pay.
• Assist with merit increase processes and develop input sheets.
• Conduct equity analyses to ensure pay fairness and compliance with federal and state laws.
• Clean and analyze data from ATS, payroll, and employee surveys to identify turnover and performance patterns.
• Develop HR dashboards and KPIs to track workforce metrics.
• Provide strategic insights for recruitment effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Recommend process improvements for recruiting, training, and talent management.
• Process payroll on bi-weekly cycles, handle benefits billing reconciliation and bank wires.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws; prepare year-end filings.
• Prepare payroll reports for finance and HR and assist with audits.
