Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, formulas, pivot tables) and experience with HRIS or compensation software. Proficiency in V-look-up and pivot tables is required.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to identify performance drivers, interpret trends, and perform variance analysis.
  • Detail-oriented: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive financial and personnel information.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to explain pay details to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Compensation Analysis: Participate in salary surveys, analyze market trends, and benchmark jobs internally and externally.
  • Merit Increase: Assist with merit increase process; develop input sheets.
  • Data Analysis & Compliance: Conduct equity analyses to ensure pay fairness and comply with federal and state labor laws.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Clean and analyze data from ATS, payroll, and employee surveys to identify patterns in turnover, hiring, and performance.
  • Metric Development: Develop HR dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations to track workforce metrics.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide insights for HR leaders on recruitment effectiveness, employee engagement, and risks.
  • Process Improvement: Use findings to optimize recruiting, training, and talent management.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll on bi-weekly cycles including wages, overtime, deductions; manage benefits billing and bank wires.
  • Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with tax laws and prepare year-end filings.
  • Reporting: Prepare payroll reports for finance and HR and assist with audits.

We are responsible for helping Hollywood studios and content owners get their content to global audiences by providing all language services including scripting, subtitling, access services, and dubbing. Our products and services span the digital spectrum, from enhanced extras packages promoting digital purchase to physical disc authoring.

Our clients include major Hollywood studios and dozens of independent studios. To date, we’ve delivered thousands of titles to iTunes, Google, Netflix, Amazon, and others. We’ve created a large percentage of iTunes Extras titles available on the App Store, developed the specification of and delivered the first Cross-Platform Extras titles, authored more than eight-thousand DVDs, two-thousand Blu-rays, as well as award-winning tablet and mobile apps.

JOB SUMMARY
