Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of payroll, accounting, finance, or related experience.
• Experience processing payroll and maintaining confidential employee information preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll from end to end, including timecard validation and paycheck distribution.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and deliver payroll-related training and resources.
