You will develop HR dashboards, analyze payroll and survey data, and provide strategic insights to HR leadership on recruitment effectiveness, engagement, and risk. This role emphasizes accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, HR, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical ability to identify drivers, trends, and variance analysis.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and personnel information.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Strong communication to explain pay details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in salary surveys, analyze market trends, and benchmark jobs internally and externally.
• Assist with merit increase process; develop input sheets.
• Conduct equity analyses to ensure pay fairness and legal compliance.
• Clean and analyze ATS, payroll, and employee survey data to identify turnover, hiring, and performance patterns.
• Develop HR dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations for workforce metrics.
• Provide insights on recruitment effectiveness, engagement, and risks to HR leaders.
• Recommend process improvements for recruiting, training, and talent management.
• Process payroll on bi-weekly cycles, including wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws; prepare year-end filings.
• Prepare payroll reports for finance and HR and assist with audits.
