Job summary

You will work with HR teammates to maintain accurate data, conduct analyses, and drive initiatives across the organization, including salary structures and market benchmarks. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration across HR and business partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across various HR functions, with exposure to HR operations or compensation administration, and understanding of compensation plans, job leveling, and reward workflows.
• Strong aptitude for managing, validating, and manipulating datasets with accuracy. Proficient with HRIS and data analysis for compensation modeling, reporting, and insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with organization and service mindset for internal stakeholders and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data entry, audits, and maintenance within HR systems and analyze data for strategic compensation projects.
• Assist in updating salary structures, job catalogs, and market benchmarks.
• Generate operational reports and insights, communicating data-backed recommendations to HR leadership and partners.
• Support administration of recurring compensation cycles, incentive plans, and employee recognition programs.
