Southwest Search is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join our client’s growing organization and support compensation programs across a complex, multi-state workforce in Dallas. You will focus on analysis, reporting, and collaborating with HR and leaders on compensation initiatives.

In this role you will analyze market data, advise on improvements, and partner with both union and non-union populations.

Qualifications

• Compensation experience within a union environment is required.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Strong compensation reporting and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support compensation programs across multiple states.
