Job summary

StevenDouglas is partnering exclusively with a exciting and well-established organization in the Jacksonville area to identify a Compensation & Reporting Analyst. You will work closely with the Compensation team and partner with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to help shape compensation strategies and support data-driven decisions.

In this role, you'll analyze compensation and market data, build reports and models in Excel and Workday, and support salary benchmarking and annual review

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, HR Analytics, Compensation, or a related analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity.
• A collaborative mindset and an interest in learning and growing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation and market data to support competitive pay practices.
• Build reports, dashboards, and financial models using Excel and Workday.
• Support salary benchmarking, compensation planning, and annual review processes.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on analytical projects and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and data accuracy.
