Job summary

Douglas County seeks a Compensation Analyst and HRIS Administrator who will shape how pay, positions, and employee information are managed. You will pair compensation analysis with hands-on HRIS work, ensuring accurate data, strong processes, and reliable workforce insights for leaders.

The role covers compensation programs, position control, and HRIS, collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and departments to improve functionality and automate where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, public administration, finance, information systems, or closely related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in Human Resources involving compensation, HRIS administration, HR analytics, classification, or related area.
• Experience with compensation programs, position control, HRIS data accuracy, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains compensation programs, pay plans, and job classifications.
• Maintains position control records and coordinates with departments on staffing actions.
• Manages HRIS configurations, workflows, security roles, and reporting.
• Develops HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Ensures data integrity and compliance with County policies and procedures.
