Job summary

Douglas County is seeking a Compensation Analyst and HRIS Administrator to shape how we manage pay, positions, and employee information. This role combines compensation analysis with hands-on HRIS work, partnering across departments to improve data accuracy and provide leaders with reliable workforce insights.

The position administers compensation programs, maintains pay plans and position data, and supports HR analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 5 years of professional HR experience including compensation, HRIS, analytics.
• CCP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform compensation analysis and administer pay programs.
• Maintain and audit position data and HRIS configurations.
• Generate workforce and HR reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, IT to improve processes and system functionality.
• Support unemployment processes and payroll-related actions.
