Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Specialist for a six-month contract with a hybrid schedule in the Denver area. The role partners with leaders to reshape job frameworks, map career paths, and ensure pay equity using AI-assisted tools.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in compensation, strong knowledge of FLSA and state laws, and expertise in market pricing, job evaluation, and HR tech such as Dayforce or JDX.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of compensation experience (job evaluations, market pricing, and/or wage structure analysis).
• Good understanding of labor regulations, exemption classifications (FLSA), and state-level equal pay mandates.
• Proficient consultative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and align department role structures, redesign profiles, update title hierarchies, and establish clean career progression pathways.
• Leverage industry data and compensation benchmarks to conduct internal pay equity reviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business heads and HR partners during talent planning.
• Ensure all pay solutions align with federal and state labor standards, including local pay transparency laws.
