Job summary

The Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) seeks a Sr Compensation Specialist to lead ongoing compensation programs and processes at KCNSC, ensuring market competitiveness and policy consistency.

Responsibilities include applying pay philosophy, conducting job analyses, supporting the compensation increase plan, and partnering with the Honeywell COE to rollout new policies. A Bachelor's in HR and 5+ years in compensation are required; U.S. citizenship is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
5+ years of experience in human resources with a focus in compensation.
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.
United States Citizenship.

Responsibilities

Provides consistent application, implementation and communication of the company's pay philosophy, job evaluation and compensation processes.
Performs research and analysis to determine total compensation market competitiveness.
Applies understanding of compensation principles, concepts and standards in preparing candidate job offers.
Conducts job analyses and supports the development of job descriptions.
Conducts periodic audits to review and confirm compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and reasonableness of pay practices.
Supports preparation of the annual Compensation Increase Plan to the customer.
Partners with the Honeywell Center Of Excellence (COE) to ensure coordinated and consistent roll out of new compensation policies and projects.
