Job summary

• Provide day-to-day support for HR programs and services.
• Coordinate wellness programs and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, audits, and documentation for HR operations.
• Respond to manager and employee inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Maintain HR documents and trackers, ensuring up-to-date information.
• Assist with process improvement and new tools to automate processes.
• Support recognition programs.
