Qualifications

• 1 year of SCA regulations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR support across multiple functional areas.
• Maintain accurate employee records and respond to inquiries.
• Explain HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
• Review compensation packages to align with industry standards.
• Support HR programs, wellness, employee engagement, and events.
• Prepare reports and documentation for compliance.
