Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Strong Workday experience with compensation dashboards and data governance.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with market pricing and job architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute annual compensation cycles (Merit and MIP).
• Provide compensation guidance to HR partners and leaders, including offers, promotions and adjustments.
• Assist with the development of compensation policies, governance practices and decision frameworks.
• Maintain Workday compensation dashboards, audits, and data governance.
• Ensure job profiles, compensation grades and architecture are aligned across systems.
• Lead market pricing initiatives using survey tools and annual submissions.
• Respond to Compensation Service Desk requests and ad-hoc analyses.
