Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards with job architecture & market pricing responsibilities.
• Experience designing and maintaining salary structures, grades, ranges, and job-leveling frameworks.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, internal equity, governance, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and management of job architecture including families, levels, titles, grades, and advancement criteria.
• Evaluate roles, maintain salary structures, market ranges, and recommend titles and pay ranges.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking, manage surveys and vendor relationships, analyze market data for equity decisions.
• Manage annual compensation cycle including merit increases, payouts, budgeting, approvals, and communications.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance, HRIS, payroll, recruiters, and leaders on compensation decisions and process execution.
• Develop dashboards and analyses translating compensation data into actionable insights.
