Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a compensation leader to drive enterprise-wide programs, including program design and the annual merit and incentive process. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to address questions, oversee salary surveys, and ensure data integrity within the compensation system.

You will design and manage incentive and stock plan knowledge, maintain market data, and oversee compliance with applicable laws while delivering actionable insights for competitive total rewards.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of progressive compensation experience focusing on market pricing and job architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and projects.
• Foster partnerships with internal business partners and HRBPs to address compensation questions and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage salary survey processes, deadlines, costs, and data integrity in Workday.
