Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to design, administer, analyze, and govern compensation and benefits programs across the United States workforce, including agent, non-agent, and executive populations. This role partners with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5+ years in compensation, benefits, total rewards or HR analytics.
• Experience supporting multiple employee populations (hourly, salaried, executive).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and trends.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG).
• Knowledge of compensation structures, salary surveys, and benefits administration.
• Understanding of federal/state compensation and benefits regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support compensation programs across employee populations.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using salary survey data.
• Analyze compensation trends and advise on salary structures and incentive plans.
• Support annual compensation planning (merit increases, promotions, bonuses).
• Conduct pay equity analyses and ensure compliant practices.
• Evaluate jobs and determine appropriate compensation levels.
• Audit compensation transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop compensation models and financial analyses for planning.
• Assist in executive compensation programs and benchmarking.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and compensation systems.
