• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on compensation experience.
• MBA or MS preferred.
• CCP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation strategy and program design, including salary structures and internal pay frameworks.
• Lead market intelligence and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Ensure compliance and governance, including policies, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and leadership to guide compensation decisions.
