Job summary

Vallen's Compensation Analyst role focuses on developing and administering base pay, sales and variable compensation to attract and retain a diverse workforce. You will lead salary structures, analyze surveys, and prepare models, proposals and budgets to guide pay decisions.

You will work with benchmarking tools like MarketPay, ensure data integrity, and support compensation projects across the organization in a collaborative, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of compensation principles and processes is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; CCP certification preferred and 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with market pricing software and annual salary surveys is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Performs compensation analyses and guides management on affordable, equitable pay.
• Assists with merit and short-term incentive programs and communications.
• Maintains benchmarking data integrity and supports salary survey participation.
• Prepares budget impact analyses and compensation reports for leadership.
• Maintains job descriptions and supports compensation policy updates.
