Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Americas Total Rewards organization across North America and Latin America. You will deliver regional compensation analysis and participate in AI-enabled transformation projects, reporting to the Sr.

Director, Total Rewards – Americas. You will work with Compensation Partners, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to ensure pay equity, data integrity, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate compensation function within HR
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
• Familiarity with U.S. compensation compliance standards (e.g., FLSA, EEOC)

Responsibilities

• Provide Americas compensation analysis and program support across NA & LATAM
• Lead job evaluation workflows using Korn Ferry Hay methodology
• Conduct market benchmarking and pay insight presentations
• Perform data analysis and audits to ensure data integrity
• Support compliance activities (FLSA, EEOC) and documentation
• Partner on AI-enabled and process transformation projects within Total Rewards
