- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data interpretation.
- Advanced Excel skills for modeling and scenario analysis.
- Experience with compensation surveys and market benchmarking tools.
- Attention to detail and professional discretion.
Responsibilities
- Support design, administration, and execution of compensation programs.
- Participate in annual compensation cycles including salary reviews and bonuses.
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analyses using survey data.
- Analyze pay trends and workforce data to provide insights.
- Develop financial models to support leadership decisions.
- Prepare executive-level materials on compensation and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on initiatives.
- Maintain compensation structures and pay governance.
- Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate new compensation programs and Total Rewards initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy across HRIS and compensation systems.
