Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Annual Planning cycle within Functional Compensation.

You will ensure requirements are documented, embed compensation expertise in system and process decisions, and help deliver a connected planning experience. In this role, you will partner with HR Product, Data stakeholders, and engineering teams to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4 years of HR and project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and coordinate across global time zones.
• Demonstrates a methodological approach to problem solving; problem solving first before seeking help.
• Synthesizes critical information for senior leader presentations; records takeaways and decisions from meetings.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Product and Engineering to support the end-to-end Annual Planning cycle, managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Serve as a compensation subject matter expert for technical partners, translating requirements into actionable guidance and documenting logic and methodology.
• Champion an integrated approach across performance, talent, promotion, and compensation by identifying dependencies and ensuring cohesive processes.
• Track and manage cross-functional dependencies across compensation, Product, and Engineering teams to keep planning workstreams aligned.
• Develop and deliver clear, actionable recommendations and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Document decisions, business requirements, and process changes to support system enhancements and planning improvements.
